The Leadership Consultant focus is on human interaction, the workshops are designed to get everyone involved, to talk about past experiences and how we can be better today than we were yesterday. Unlike most leadership courses, the leadership Consultant shares lessons from academia, current learnings, past experiences and Authors of best selling books to do with either the task or communication sides of Leadership.

Choose from in house learning with Supervisors, Managers and Leaders together followed by one on one 30 minute self awareness discussions. Despite the luxury of technology, in person training is proven to have the most benefit when it comes to human skills learning.

We also offer online Zoom 2 hour block courses for time limited individuals and organisations. Contact The Leadership Consultant for packages to suit larger teams or non shared workshops.

Athlete mentoring is offered to help young sports stars of the future to develop their communication skills, to be coachable and learn how to focus on a growth Mindset. Paul works with a handful of professional athletes and is passionate about supporting & developing a mental game to achieve success.

TLC offers a free consultation service to organisations in Queensland Australia between the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast including greater Brisbane. We will come to you and discuss your concerns, current operating issues and further formulate a strategy in a proposal.
